Hi - I posted this doc a couple years ago, and a person just asked me how to do this. So I wanted to re-post these steps on How To dis-assemble the magazine and reduce the tension so it's easier to load. This mod works in both A & B22s, even with 'rapid-fire' in the A. Still enough tension to keep feed going OK. A "Real Mag-Dump" might hang up, it never did for me. :rolleyes:
This is pretty easy to do, especially if you have a 'spare hand' nearby . . . but I did it alone. I've done 6-7 so far, I like to have lotsa shots available...:eek:
Anyway, another person converted the pdf to a jpg , so I'll add that here, too.
