Boyd Stock fit ?

Looking at this stock for my 12fv 22-250 which has the 4.40" spacing.
Will this stock fit my action? Sorry for the question, just can't seem to figure it out on the web site.

It will take a little work, most of their stocks are for 4.25" spacing.It can be done by drilling out the front screw hole and adding a pillar,and if your action is center feed the mag well will need a slight mod.
