New to the forum so Hi everyone! I do have a question right off the bat. I just purchased new old stock Savage Model 12 Varmint 26" fluted stainless barrel .243 caliber. My question is can this be installed on my Model 10/110 .243 rifle with the proper stock and tools?

Why YES it certainly can be, as long as they are the same Shank size. Small/Large. You can tell which your Model 12 is by the Barrel Nut. Here is the Article on that.
