Bulk .224 Bullets

Has anyone tried the bulk golden west bullets? I am thinking about making a purchase but wanted to hear your thoughts on the quality vs value. They will be loaded for an AR so sub minute accuracy isn't expected.

I haven't heard of Golden West but the Varmint Nightmare bullet that Midsouth Shooters Supply is a pretty good bullet for the money.

+1 what laportecharlie said. I've used the 55 grain Varmint Nightmare Extreme in both my AR carbine and heavy barreled Savage bolt gun with excellent results. I get many sub MOA groups out of my 16" carbine and quarter inch groups with my Savage 1/8 twist. The price per 500 is great. Midsouth Shooter Supply is a great company to deal with. I don't know who the manufacturer of the VNEs is but I'm suspecting Barnes.
