moderators - please help

I submitted a few requests to re-activate/reset my password for my previous user ID but I have not heard anything back which leads me to believe there might be a firewall issue. I created this user profile so I could try to reach out to a mod through the private messages but since this id is not paid for, i do not have that ability. according to the website registration, my previous user id is still valid and so is my email address that contains the number 13 in it. Please let me know what I can do to restore my previous user profile

Would it not allow you to use “Forgot Password”?

I’ve had to do that a couple times. Picture below.

I tried this about 5 times with no luck - that is why I created this user id to try to communicate with the moderators. :-)

my original user profile is allgrainbeer without the 1 at it. Hoping someone can help get access to my original account. I provided my phone number in the "contact us" if someone wants to call me to double check the security info.

That is so odd:confused: Like I said, it’s happened to me several times over the last 5-6 years… and never a problem. Weird.

Hope you can get it worked out brother. I can imagine it’s quite frustrating.
