Savage Muzzleloader

Anyone know what the screw spacing on the Savage Muzzleloader is? Does it replicate the stagger or centerfire SA's? Im looking to stock a Model 12 SA Centerfeed 4.4" and was wondering if the Savage Muzzleloader stock from Boyds was an option.

I believe it to, just as the model 10’s, used to use 4.275” & now uses the 4.41”spacing. However, I am not an authority on the 10-ML rifles. But then, many stocks & chassis will fit both

Do you have one, or just looking to get one? I ask because if you have one already, measuring this spec is quite easy.

The screw spacing change occurred right in the middle of the production years for the muzzleloaders, so it's reasonable to assume that there are muzzleloaders out there with both screw spacings. When it doubt, break the calipers out and verify what you've got.
