Specifically an MDT clamp on? Not sure if the one MDT makes for Savage centerfire rifles would fit.

With over 100 views and no comments, I`ll take it that the answer to my question is " No ". Thanks to those who viewed. Sometimes no answer IS an answer!

I drilled a golf ball slightly undersized about half way thru and drove it over the bolt handle of my Mk 11 .22 rifle . Filled the leftover hole around the bolt handle with modeling clay and painted it black. Almost a year later still tight ,works well, and is removable if I want. No permanent mods to the bolt

Have enough trouble with scope bell clearance when wearing gloves (it gets cold hereabouts in deer season).
Now, if someone came up with a Mannlicher style . . . but then I'm no welder or gunsmith.

Savage is kind of a natural for changing the bolt handle. Usually big knobs greatly affect scope clearance.
