Model 11 LRH .260

New to group and thanks for accepting me. I purchased a used Model 11 LRH in .260 and am getting very frustrated with the accuracy and maybe this is the reason for selling it. With ammo hard to find, my ammo choices have been the Federal 120 gr ballistic tip and the Nosler 140 gr ballistic tip. Just cannot get any satisfactory grouping. Have re-torqued the action screws and tried several scopes. Considering re-barreling it to 6.5 CM just for ammo availability if I can't figure out the accuracy issue. Any input will be appreciated. What accuracy are getting exactly? Need to give us some more to on. What stock? Is barrel free floated? Is the tang free floated? What trigger? How heavy is it? Are those the only two ammunitions you’ve tried?
