She's a Utica girl and in rather nice condition. For her age.
I have all the sight options. The 105 aperture sight, the open folding rear and the front with interchangeable elements.
I bought an unloved Steven's 85M for the Weaver 29S 3x scope in an original T1 mount complete with mount screws marked F for front and R for rear.
The sling keepers are an early detachable type. Hook the silver tab with a fingernail and give the keeper a half turn and off it comes.
She's also EXTREMELY accurate. She likes CCI standard velocity, Eley Contact and Aguila super extra 40s. In that order. 50 yard groups hover around the 5/8ths inch average, at 50 yards. An inch or larger and I'm screwing up.
Quite a nifty rifle. Always attracts attention at the range. Usually starts with " It'd shoot better of you cleaned it" and ends with " Where do I get one?"
