270 to 300 winmag?

i inherited a 270 older 110 id like to rebarrel it to a 300 winmag.this was my dads favorite caliber. so my question is can i just buy a bolt complete that has the magnum bolt face in it.

Or you could just do this bolt head if your Savage has a small firing pin.

Yeah, I’d do like wbm recommends. Go with a decent barrel & that Bolt Head & you’ll be gtg.
