Anyone have any experience with Jamison rifle brass?
Graf and Sons have some in stock and they are cheaper than Starline, Winchester, Hornady.
Not saying that being the cheapest is bad, I have no experience with them, nor have I even heard of this brand before.
I do use Starline and have nothing but good to say about them, and they have been usually cheaper than the others also.
ANY, input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance

Had not heard of them either. Guess they reappeared in 2012.

Bought 3 packs or 20
Brass was a bit greasy, wiped with rag, do that with normal resizing anyway.
Brass was not dented no case mouth issues.
Cleaned the flash holes, very minimal filings.
Primed with cci primers, normal effort/snug fitting.
50 grns win 746 w 200 grn Hornady RN
Chambered fine, extracted fine.
All good and I am happy so far.
Will need to see how they behave with the 1st resize/reload, that may be next year.

Never heard of them. I go to Lapua, Alpha & Norma for new brass and established, high quality 260Rem loads. For simple testing & plinking ammo, I use resized Lake City 7.62 cases, because I have a ton of it.

Alot of shooters I know who shoot lever guns of the late 1800's/early 1900's of calibers no longer manufactured by ammo companies and producers of rifle brass have used it for some time with no complaints or problems. I bought some from Graf's around 5 years ago when I bought my 30/40 Krag as brass for that rifle was hard to find. Called and talked with Graf rep about it and was advised they sell quite a bit of Jamison brass with no problems. The 30/40 brass I bought was of good quality and haven't had any problems. In fact every one of the 100 I bought was great. Have bought alot of 'name brand' brass over the years and some have irregular cases esp at the neck that resizing takes care of. Always resize new brass anyway.

Win 746 you say....🤔

50gr is a 30-06 charge range, so I assume you meant 760?

Thanks for the review. It’s always good to have options in todays climate.

You also don't see a mythical 746 powder either, which is why I asked for clarity..."Just Saying"
