Bought a new barrel nut... Doesn't fit small or large shank

Bought it from gunpartscorp. Brand new... Doesn't fit savage barrels. Anyone got an idea what it might fit?

Nevermind... We figured it out. Its a Remag barrel nut. Screws right onto a Rem 700 barrel.

Thats EXACTLY what I was going to say! If you have what looks like a Savage Barrel but it doesn’t fit… it’s a Remage!

Remage Barrel threading is 1-1/16 - 16TPI, vs Savage 20TPI.
