Axis in 270win, stock trigger set up was WOW! Really? Purchased an aftermarket trigger spring kit from mcarbo. Night and day difference. Put the bench rest spring on the shelf, too light for hunting. Happy camper now.

Indeed. I’ve been setting up Savage Accutriggers like this for a bunch of years now. As well as using shims I make. When paired with properly stoned Trigger & Sear surfaces, the trigger is nearly as good as any aftermarket trigger offered currently, for next to nothing comparatively. I’m hopeful TriggerTech changes that.
