The Long Range Hunter came out in 2010. It was available in both long and short action lengths. The Model 11 was a short-action, 4.4” in screw spacing. Model 111’s were long actions, 5.062” screw spacing.
In 2018, Savage introduced the new style factory stock for many 110-action based models. They also reverted back to the older scheme for using three-digit “110” for both long and short actions. Whether 2018 and later models in this category are long or short actions has to be inferred by the chambering. In general, SAAMI COAL less than 3” are short actions and longer than 3” are long actions.
So, if the rifle you’re considering is a pre-2018 Model 11, then it has 4.4” receiver screw spacing. If it’s a newer 110 Long Range Hunter, you need to know the cartridge it is chambered for.
I don’t know for certain whether Model 11/111 or Model 110 Long Range Hunters are top or bottom bolt release, but you’ll want to get that information from the seller also when looking for an after market stock.

Do you haves picture of it? If not, ask for a picture. We can tell exactly what it is by the picture. It’s very likely a SA with 4.4” spacing TBB, but always make certain before ordering parts.

Dave,
He decided he didn't want to trade , which is a good thing , because I found out it has a bottom bolt release.

I gotchya.. well, so you know, I wouldn’t let that be a deciding factor. The picture CRJR posted of his rig. That’s a BBR Action. While I “prefer” TBR, I would not let that be the decision maker alone. I’d be perfectly fine with a BBR Action. The Chassis I use work with either. Most do these days.
