Hello everyone, I’m new to this forum, but not new to Savage rifles and firearms. I recently won a S&W revolver in a raffle in PA. So instead of dealing with NJ’s socialists permitting process and having to wait and then transfer between FFLs, I elected to receive an alternate. My choice was a Savage 110 Tactical in 6.5 PRC. I also previously own an 110 in 300 Win Mag, a 12 in 223 and a Savage 220 slug gun.
Looking forward to throwing thoughts around and experiences with the Savages.

Welcome! Not a bad trade-off. I’d rather a Savage 110 any day over an SW revolver. Not that there’s anything wrong with them. Just that I like my pistols. Good to have you. Sorry you have to live in that Anti-2A state.
