Brett from Redding ca. I love the old rifles! Currently looking at a 1899 in 250-3000. Original family gun. Any thoughts on what too look out for? I am also looking for an 22 hi power. I know ammo is an issue, but that is kind of the fun for me. I am a wood worker, so thrashed stocks are cool. At 54 yrs old, I still have a lot to learn, so feel free to give advice!
