Value of 22-250 Takeoff Barrel?

Hey guys I'm new here,
I have a buddy that just pulled his factory sporter 22-250 Rem barrel from his Savage 110 and asked me what it might be worth. I didn't know what to tell him. Could anyone give me ballpark number that I could pass along to him?

Depends entirely on condition. Although, even in “Like New” condition about $100 is the most you can expect for it. More than likely, about $50 is fair. Used barrels are not a lucrative business.
