View Full Version : How Do I remove/ replace the bolt handle on a new 110 Elite Precision 338 Lapua?

Hello,
Picked up my new 110 Elite Precision 338 Lapua Mag, went to change the bolt handle to an aftermarket one that I like and I have no idea how to remove the bolt handle.

Rather than the Allen Head Bolt, they used some funky looking bolt like thing with a pin/ post sticking out of the middle of a hollowed out area in the bolt head.

Does anyone know how to remove this? I've googled, youtubed, etc but can't find out how to accomplish this.

Decock the bolt. Something we should always do when removing the BAS. The Cocking Indicator will go forward, allowing the Allen wrench to be inserted.

Dang... well now don't I feel silly...... ;)

Im like "where the eff is the hex/ Allen bolt head...."
