93R 17 Magazine Issues (failure to feed)

I know that there have been earlier posts, but I wanted to see if there have been any recent solutions. The issue is intermittent failure to load the first ( top ) round from the magazine. It appears that the round sits too low in the front in the magazine and the bolt can`t lift it adequately into the chamber. If the first round DOES load, there`s no problems with the following rounds. Any experiences/solutions appreciated. Thanks everyone.

First post here, I have LITERALLY just read of this issue on another forum. Apparently the magazine might have the spring inserted upside down, or backwards, there are 4 ways it can be put in, forwards/upright, backward/upright, forwards/upside-down and backwards/upside-down. One of those will fix the issue with chambering the 1st round.
