I have been a member on SS for almost a year. Been lurking a bit, but I have been building my own super custom bolt guns and I am always in need of information. While I enjoy the newer bolt guns, I also have a thing for single shot rifles. I also have a few antique Savage rifles. One of my favorites being a very old model 219 in 22 Hornet with an original B model 3/4" Weaver target scope. (still shoots very well)
I keep a day job working for a defense contractor, building weapons of mass destruction.
for my side hustle I sell sporting optics.
In addition to all of this I very much enjoy Pheasant hunting / Shotgunning and I have a pair of English Springers which get used on the Phez.
Reloading helps me feed all my orphans and I usually put an hour or so into that every evening
So... to sum it all up
I'm just a Texas Tumbleweed
