I have one of the savage 11 trophy hunters with bbr and a 110 long action with top bolt release. I'd really like to use aics mags on the short action but need the top release. The long action is going in a chassis so bolt release doesn't matter. Is their any reason I can't swap the entire trigger assembly/bolt release between the 2. Side note I do see GRS has a Wark stock for the 16 with bbr, I assume the 11 model would work to?

NO! The rifle with bottom bolt release will not access the TBR Sear/Release as the BBR Action has not had the side machined like the TBR actions. But they do make Long Action AICS mags.

Just look at the right rear of both actions side by side.

Thank you sir. Back to the drawing board. I see GRS supports the model 16 with bbr. Is the only difference between 16 and 11 stainless vs blue?

Yes, it’s just features. The Actions, barrel fit & nut, bolt assy., stock figment, are ALL the same between like rifles. They ALL use the Model 10/110 Action.
