I too hate chasing after brass so I've invested in brass catchers and it's made shooting them that much more fun.

i especially use one at the range tables, i'm bothered by others brass flying in front of me.
Maybe i should get a lefty :)

You mean like this? :p

And yes, it's always a good laugh when you sandwich a poor unsuspecting friend between a RH and a LH AR shooter to shower them with a steady stream of hot brass from both sides. :eyebrows:

This is the latest AR I’ve done. Same Upper as before, but with a new Flash Hider. The real news is the new 80% Billet I mentioned in an earlier post. Now, fully machined & ready to go. Also Cerakoted the FCG pocket where the machining is done. In the past I’ve just used Aluma Black on the bare Aluminum after milling, but I recently started Cerakoting the Aluminum instead. Much nicer outcome. It’s also sporting those latest parts I showed; the Titanium pins, Ambi charging handle & Safety Selector. Also, the new Surefire WarComp Flash Hider. There is something so fulfilling in building AR’s that have the same high end, top fit/finish & high performance/accuracy as the incredibly expensive, Top Shelf manufacturers AR15’s, and doing it for less than half the price. Take Knights Armament, LWRC, LaRue Tac.. These rifles sell for between $2200-$2900! This one here cost just over $1000 in parts. All high end, made in USA. Some of the same parts these manufacturers are using. And I prefer the AR’s I build.
