110 Ultralite 6.5 PRC

Just purchased my first Savage rifle. The magazine capacity for this 6.5 PRC is listed as 2. However 3 can be loaded. What gives, will they not feed correctly with 3? Are there any magazine options to increase capacity?

You are correct, it will not feed right if you put more than two rounds in the mag. Also you probably won't be able to close the bolt with the in the mag, sporting won't compress any further.
