New guy saying hello

Hi Savage fans.
I have popped in on this forum quite a few times over the the past few years , just to see what people have and to learn about what I have.
I currently own a Savage .22 model 1912 that I think is in good shape and a ultra clean model 116 in stainless in .300 win mag.

I used this site to find the year my 116 was made (1995) and will post in the appropriate areas to hopefully date my 1912 and to pin down what the exact version my 116 is.

Welcome. I also had a 116 Weather Warrior, years ago. The SS barreled action & grey laminate stock, it was a BEAUTIFUL rifle indeed.
