A few years back I ran across Vibratite VC3 when mounting up optics on my springer air rifles. These rifles are notorious for vibrating screws loose and destroying optics. Anyway, 2 years later and I have come to love this stuff. When it sets, it's like a hard pine sap and doesn't budge under quick impulse forces. But, it still remains fluid to some degree so that you can slowly move the screws if necessary, and have it reset the bond on it's own. Anyway, I have pretty much ditched the loctite, and put Vibratite on darn near everything nowadays.
