Stock ?

I hate to even ask this question. I picked up what I think is a boy's thumbhole stock. It has 3 bolts and I believe that is for the target action? I mounted my Cabelas FV .204 Ruger and snugged down perfect. Any reason I shouldn't be able to use it this way?

I would check that it’s sitting, bedded correctly. If yes, then I can’t see a problem.
