From what I've been able to find out online (but have not verified on my own rifle), Savage Model 1920's in 250 Savage have a 1:14 twist rate, which will generally not stabilize bullet weights over 100 grains. My question is, has anyone had experience with Remington core-lokt 100 grain bullets in a rifle with a 1:14 twist? I've heard that a 1:14 twist will not stabilize bullets over 100 grains, and that it may have trouble with modern 100 grains as well. Still waiting to get my rifle back from the gunsmith, so just curious if the ammo I purchased will stabilize or not.
Many thanks :)

You can come close to knowing with this:

Not a perfect prediction, but, it is pretty close.

.58 Stability rating. May be having some keyholes, but will still be fun to shoot my first shots out of my rifle regardless :)
