Hello, again. I did this yesterday and sent my post out into cyberspace some where. Hope for better luck today. I started collecting Savages about 15 years ago, if you don't count all of the single shots Dad bought me as my first guns. I have several 1899's and 99's. My favorites are pre WWI's. I have a nice 1899 H in 22 HP, made in 1912, with the original to the gun, Malcolm 3X scope. With a factory letter stating the gun was sold to Malcolm. What brought me here was I just got the 3rd variant of the 1919 NRA Match rifle, the 19-33. I've had the 1919 for several years. it's an early model with a 4 digit serial number. Then two weeks ago I picked up a 1923, in very nice shape, so now I have all 3. I was searching for pictures of all the different sights used on the NRA's, and that lead me here. I see a bunch of my friends are old members, so I'm sure I'll get along just fine. Here's a pic of the 1923 that arrived a couple days ago, and the 1912 H with Malcolm scope. When the 19-33 gets here I'll put all three together for some pics.
