Red dot mount for Savage 24

[Old Coach]

I want to mount a Burris Fastfire III on my over and under Savage.
Rimfire bbl has the 3/8” grooves
The Burris is Picatinny mount.
I want it as low as possible.
Lots of Chinese junk out there.
I have seen a rail that slips on the groove and locks in place
with a nylon tipped screw
All help appreciated.

For my money, BKL Technologies makes the best 3/8 dovetail mounts. I think you’re stuck with a 3/8 dovetail to Picatinny/Weaver adapter. A Fastfire mounting plate with a 3/8 dovetail mount does not exist, as far as I am aware.
