Hello everyone! New member to the forum here. I'm also pretty new to firearms and shooting in general, been at it for about a month now. I currently only own one Savage rifle, a model 111 chambered in 300WM; I've really only shot a .22lr rifle and 9mm handguns, so I'm mostly here to figure out how to re-barrel it into .308 so it's more manageable for someone as green as myself, although I'm sure that's not going to be the last thing I do to it, or even the last Savage rifle I'll own.
