I have a Mod 112. Got feed problem 2nd round jumps out of magazine causing jam. others feed ok.

Might consider letting us know the cartridge you are having trouble with.Also, Savage has made a couple of types of magazines. The newer ones are Centerfeed type and the ones built before around 2005 are Staggerfeed. That information helps. One more question. Did you buy it new or used?

Bought it used. Bent the lips in a little. seems to have solved problem. I use reloads of various brands. RCBS dies. Have 4 other PD rifles. two Rem 700 and 2 Savage Mod 11..no problem...
