Unable to PM?

Hi - I'm a new member, so I may not have permissions to do so yet, but I can't PM other members and don't have an Inbox in my Notifications or Settings section. I've enabled Messaging in my settings, but that hasn't helped.

Is there a minimum post count or user age required to be able to PM or is there something wrong with my setup?

New Members don't have access to the PM system until they have reached 15 posts. All details on access permissions/restrictions by membership level can be found here:

Thanks, I saw that last night and I'm able to PM now.
