Just bought my 3rd savage, a model 25 walking varminter in 17 Hornet. Shoots great but won’t extract/eject all the way. First savage I have owned with any sort of issue.

Clean the extractor claw and check for free movement. Check the ejector pin for free full movement.

Had a gunsmith do that. He said to send it back to Savage. Waiting on some parts and will see if they fix the issue before sending it back.
