Here's an easy fix for light hits on bolt actions. Replace round spacer with this spring guide that adds .045 preload to spring assembly and guides on pin to eliminate deflection and bind on fining pin. The brass spacer goes inside the coils between the two springs

First thought. Are you rolling your own ammo??? Brass too short, being pushed forward in the chamber by the firing pin?? =soft strike!!
Out of my 5+ Savage rigs, NEVER had soft strike issues.

Can't get the image to come up but your problem has been fairly common in the Axis models. Some of the newer 110s have also come out with the two spring system as yours and the troubles continue with light strikes.
Hoping that the your spacer "trick" is a cure all. But have to anticipate more troubles as this design goes forward.
Good shooting.

Tried different ammo both factory and reloads both had equal.light hits. The front spring that holds the pin for cocking is distorted and made the firing pin drag on the inside of the bolt. The new spacer added .045 to the preload. All of the light hit non firing bullets shot in another gun
Headspace and case lenght were correct.
I blued the firing pin where it rubbed. After 75 goid pin hits the gluing remained.
