First I hope this is the right section to post in as I know very little about this rifle. I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
I was left a Savage Model 65A from my grandfather and was looking for help on finding info about it. I know it's a 22 WMR, but that's really about it. I have found some small info on the Model 65, but the A is what's throwing me off? Does that many anything in particular?
Looking for anything I can. I'd love to get this rifle cleaned up and shooting again. Not that I don't believe it won't shoot now. It's just been sitting for roughly 20 years in a safe.
I'd also like to find some extra magazines for it, but again I'm not sure where to begin to look for it.
