110 Stealth questions

Ive got a Stealth in 300wm and am looking to get a few upgrades

Do these use standard AR grips?

Also looking at getting a PRS stock, does it just fit right on? No adapters needed, etc?

Finally, magazines. Do the Magpul long action aics mags work?

Yes , they use standard AR grips .
The magpul PRS just fits right on as it comes with hardware for both carbine and rifle buffers.
I must say the fab defense stock and cheek riser work fantastically well for a cheap stock .
The magpul long action will work fine but tops off at 3.5 COAL while The MDT AICS long action that shipped with your gun is 3.850 .
