I have a savage 99 A 308 cal. serial # 130xxx a 21 inch barrel with a flip rear sight and tapped and drilled for a scope mount. I have gotten mixed reviews from the date of manufacturer to not having that style during those years. Need correct information to understand what I have. After nearly 50 years I finally have my dream savage 99A but not sure if I understand the model make. Mahalo (Thanks in advance)
