Is Boyd’s the only manufacturer that makes a replacement hunting style Axis stock?

Mtd makes a chassis. They usually have a good Black Friday sale that will put it about the same price.

I looked at their site, but didn’t see axis on there. I assume the “Savage SA” is the 10/110.

Yeah the MDT is not for me. I’m not a fan of the AR platform for hunting situations. So I guess Boyd’s it is.

I agree. I use my chassis’s on the bench. I hunt with a Tupperware stock unless I’m giving with some of my wannabe snooty friends then I break out the prestigious Remington 700 in all its glory, too bad it doesn’t shoot as good as it looks but for hunting one MOD is all it takes.

You might want to bed it. That "should" tighten those groups up a bit. That is if it is worth it to you. I don't usually chase accuracy in most hunting rifles as I don't ever shoot very far but long shots do present themselves once in a blue moon. I can remember ever shooting a buck much past 300 yards anyway.
