New owner of a Savage Model 99

My name is Dave, I am a retired Marine (20yrs active) and now also a retired defense contractor. I currently live in East Central MN, I hunt, fish, camp, trap/skeet shoot, I am very active reloader, and am now the new owner of a Savage M99 in 303 Savage (dated 1905). So, having never owned a M99, I thought that I should find a place to ask questions if they arise. Thanks for confirming my membership with the group!
