Looking on google maps that address was a small, California style track home but may not even exist after the fires that burned through Santa Rosa. I am not intending to make light of the tragedy but he may be operating out of a post office box or local YMCA for displaced fire victims. If so, good for him for doing his best to get back on his feet.

After checking this website https://www.arcgis.com/apps/instant/lookup/index.html?appid=d4b3f2f84e3a4949adab0ce32d5dc0ad I see homes just down the street burned down as of Oct. 5. I couldn't find later maps, but there were multiple fires in this area in 2017 and 2020. It's a beautiful but densely populated area now.
