Another great dealing with SSS!
I wanted to place an order for some stuff, so I sent an email just to verify availability and shipping costs. Lisa replied within a couple hours! I sent in my form and payment, and even with the current slower mailing issues I received my order in great time.
And of course I got exactly what I ordered.
