Conversion kit for savage 116????

I know I am not the first person to ask this question but couldn't find anything. I have a 116 Stainless that has a hinged floorplate. I want a detachable magizine and was curious if savage makes a conversion kit for this gun. Thanks for looking and any information you can supply.

You can contact Savage Arms and order a LA DBM frame assembly (surround) and DBM bottom cap in SS. Squeeze the sides on the magazine box with follower to remove from HFP and snap on DBM bottom cap. Sell the HFP magazine to recoup cost.

there are two different inlets for bottom metals. You need to look at the bottom of yourDBM and see what the key looks like on the forward end and depending on the year your trigger guard may be a set up for the newer trigger guard. Icant remember but it may be different there also.
