In my opinion, Marlin going to Ruger is a good thing.
Hopefully, Hopefully, they can bring the quality of the 1895 and the 336 back to pre Remington days.
Too good of rifles to fall to the wayside.

Before anyone beats me up for liking the Marlin, I have five 99,s and would pick one before a Marlin.

I would be surprised to see anything before the middle of next year. But I might get proved wrong.
