Hi,
Just joined up. I'm coming back to shooting after stopping in my teens (learned to shoot in the BSA). I did a few biathlon shoots while away at college and then stopped all shooting after that (I was a decent shooter but a slow skier). I resumed a few years back shooting some pistol (plinking and targets, nothing serious), while rehabbing my shoulder after reconstructive surgery, but I really prefer rifle.
I recently picked up a Savage 110 Hunter. At this point, I feel like I'm starting from scratch and trying to maintain that attitude as I feel a little knowledge is probably more hazardous than complete ignorance.
Anyway, glad to be back after about 40 years.
