https://imgur.com/QrHrjLJSpike Camp stock on my Axis .308 Winchester. Installed McCarbo trigger kit, had to remove some inletting at rear of trigger recess where McCarbo screw head contacted stock. No change of Zero after stock swap!

That is a beautiful stock for the money! Will the original recoil pad fit, or be made to fit? Is the Boyd's one adequate?

I am happy with the pad that is supplied with the Boyd's stock. The length of pull is about 1/2" less than my other stocks but I have no problem adjusting to the shorter length.

Went to Gun Club today to see if Boyd's stock had any effect on rifles zero. Picture shows result of first shot. Decided to not waste any more ammo.
