Savage High Country in 300wsm

Everything I read says it comes with a muzzle brake installed. I don't really care for muzzle brakes. Does anyone know if it comes with a cap if you want to remove the brake?

Screw the brake off and install a thread protector, it's easy. My 7mm came with the brake and it really helps with recoil. I usually shoot and hunt with a suppressor.
