I think they might have marked it down by mistake but this Savage 111 in 270 and scope were less than $400 so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

With a bit of luck I was able to put 5 hand loaded Nosler 130 grain Accubonds in .27” at 100 yards.
Certainly the exception and not the rule for me, however it’s nice to know
the fates allow from time to time.

That's just terrible. I wouldn't wish that rifle on my enemies. It's also not fair to your other rifles.

I picked up a used 111 in 270 with Accu-Trigger at my LGS and it's no where near as accurate as yours is. Barrel is a copper mine too. Price was right though at $250 OTD.
