Savage 93FVSS 22 Magnum Warranty Question

I sent my 93FVSS 22 magnum in last April for repairs and can’t reach them for an update . Are they closed down ? I have called and called but only get a recording and nobody ever answers. I know they were shut down for a while for COVID-19 but were back to work the last I heard . I called them a while back that and was told that my rifle was repaired and was awaiting test firing but that was the last I heard from them. Can anybody tell me what is going on white them??

Every year Savage shuts down the first two weeks of July.

As for Covid-19 shutdown, I was told last week that the only areas shut down were the office areas. Production continued at full capacity for the duration. Most office employee's worked from home, and C/S members were working at half capacity and alternating days.

Maybe they shut down for 3 weeks this year because it’s the 21st and I still can’t reach them....... maybe next week
