Anyone else shoot bench rest with there mk2

Thinking about buying another savage bsev for bench rest. i just want the action and barrel tho. the stock isn't great for br but i have still managed to win several local shoots with mine. shoots constant 250s with 12-18x on ibs targets. i wanna build a custom on a different stock and see how it does.
wondering if anyone else is getting this accuracy or if i got lucky.
