I would have never thought about removing the end of the barrel. Glad it is shooting so well.

It is a paradox! From absolutely the worst barrel I ever encountered to one of the best. I reviewed the process I used to exclude any factors but the barrel and can't find a flaw in my methods so right now it is the last 2" of barrel. Go figure!

It would be interesting to see what an air gauge would tell us. Or perhaps a cast.
